Philadelphia and Buffalo have been the top two teams in my power rankings all season. Neither is this week. In fact, both have lost twice in a row and are trending the wrong way. Do I think either is permanent? No. Kind of like I’m not buying the Packers at 3-1-1. Some things you know will shift by Thanksgiving. Even so, each week is a snapshot of *this year’s* body of work to this point, so no bonus points for the Eagles or the Chiefs. We rank based on this season.
