Sure, maybe the Yankees have been out for over a week, but at least they were in the postseason. Juan Soto would have been in the same spot he’s in now if he had never left Washington, D.C., and he’d have at least had a postseason for the Yankees or Padres. Hey, he wanted to win with the Mets.
